Very disappointed

I bought this as a gift for my sister after we lost our mother — I wanted her to have something she could always look at and feel close to her. It took longer than expected to arrive, but when I finally saw her and gave it to her, she loved it and put it on immediately. Sadly, that same night she called me crying because the charm/ball had fallen out. I reached out to customer service and explained everything in detail, but instead of helping, they’ve kept stalling and insisting on photos — even after I explained it was a gift and I don’t have it. I understand they need proof, but it’s been really disappointing given the circumstances. I just wish they showed a little compassion and stood by their product.
