Never again

This was my second time ordering from Wear Felicity, and once again, it was a complete disaster. My first experience was already terrible, but I decided to give them another chance, hoping things would be different, big mistake. The shipping took nearly three months, communication was awful, and I never received the product. When I contacted them, their “solution” was to offer me a “complimentary replacement,” which made no sense since I never got my original order in the first place and on top of that, they added a 25% discount for a future purchase, as if I would ever buy from them again. After two bad experiences, I can confidently say I will never order from this company again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, unless you’re okay waiting months for something that might never arrive.
