I originally received the wrong chain (a rolo chain instead of the paperclip style I ordered), but the seller fixed the issue quickly and efficiently! Their customer service was excellent—friendly, responsive, and made the exchange process simple. Both chains are beautifully made and clearly high quality, but I absolutely love the paperclip chain.
