Horrible do not buy from them
Ordered my bracelet on May 8. It is now June 3 and it still hasn’t even shipped. They contacted me saying there’s some problem with one of the customizations I responded and it took them a whole week and a half to respond back. Horrible communication customer service never answers never fixes the problem. Horrible business will never buy again.

I ordered a bracelet with about 9 charms for my dog that passed away, well for me but pictures of her (Bella) lol and 1 of the charms did not close. I sent them a little video of it not closing and they were VERY QUICK with replacing the item free of charge. I will definitely be back for more items as they are all made very very well.
