Production Times

Our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order. Production time is separate from shipping time.

  • Custom items (photo/engraving): 5–10 business days
  • Non-custom items (ready-to-ship): 1–2 business days

International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance.

Yes! We can upgrade your shipping from Standard to Priority for an additional $6, as long as your order has not yet shipped. Just reach out to our support team.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update your address only if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of delivery, including ring size exchanges.

All sales on custom items are final. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

We will provide free replacements for verified manufacturing defects — just contact our support team with a photo or video showing the issue.

Cancellations

Once a photo or engraving has been submitted, production begins immediately and the order cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes changes to the photo, engraving, color, or size.

If you ordered a custom photo item and have not yet submitted your photo, that item can still be cancelled.

Non-custom orders can be cancelled or modified as long as they have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

Warranty

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Lost Packages

Contact us if tracking has not updated for 7 days (domestic) or 30 days (international). We'll look into it and work to resolve the issue.

Please check with neighbors, your building manager, and your local post office. If the package is still missing after 7 business days, contact us and we will send a one-time free replacement.

All lost package claims must be reported within 60 days of the ship date.

Photo Tips

Our photo jewelry uses a domed gem that protects and magnifies your image. For the best results:

  • Use a bright, clear, high-resolution photo
  • Crop the photo exactly how you want it to appear
  • Avoid very close-up shots — a photo from the shoulders up works best
  • View your finished piece in natural daylight for the truest color representation
