Accessibility Statement

Wear Felicity wants everyone to be able to shop our jewelry and keepsakes, including people with disabilities. We are always working to make wearfelicity.com easier to use, and we apply recognized accessibility standards as we do.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make websites more usable for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited movement, or have cognitive or speech disabilities.

What we have done

  • Menus, buttons, forms and product options are built to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Windows and drawers, such as the shopping cart, move keyboard focus inside when they open, close with the Escape key, and return focus to where you were.
  • Images have text descriptions, and icon-only buttons and color choices have text labels for screen readers.
  • Search suggestions, cart updates and newly loaded products are announced to screen readers.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks and "skip to content" links so you can move around quickly.
  • We review the color contrast of text and controls.
  • We check new features with automated accessibility tools and by hand, including keyboard-only testing, before they go live.

Third-party features

Some features on our site come from other companies, such as checkout and payment, buy-now-pay-later messaging, rewards, email and text sign-up pop-ups, and live chat. We work with these providers to improve their accessibility, but we do not control all of their content. If one of these features does not work for you, contact us and we will help you complete your order another way.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We review our site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
