Overall I'm very satisfied with the product but the multiple emails asking for my photo, which I submitted via email because the link didn't work, was out of control and the last one I got was rather threatening. I submitted my photo at least 5 times and would get personal confirmation one day, then an email asking for the photo another. The last one, maybe 8 days after submission stated my order would be canceled if they didn't get the photo. I believe that delayed my product and it was late for grad gift. If it's a program problem then FIX it after the 2nd time!!! Then they asked if I wanted to expedite mailing for an upcharge! The company should have paid it IMO, but it still would have been late.
