    I saw all the bad reviews and chose to give this company a chance anyway. I am so glad I did. I ordered 2 on Valentine’s Day 2/14/25 and received today 3/11/25. This one I had my brother put into. He passed away in 2016. The heart charm is stunning. A tip for anyone having trouble seeing the picture, shine a light through the back and it projects on the wall!
