Easy fast service and the picture is amazing

Made us cry tears of love and appreciation
It was perfect exceeded our expectations. The image was clear and when we held light to it the image was cast onto the wall early. We miss our boy dearly.

Ornament is Beautiful!
We lost a family member last year and this ornament was the perfect way to commemorate her in a personal way! A few tears were shed, but they were absolutely happy tears. My only critique would be that I wish there were more status updates on the product, as I was in limbo for a couple weeks and had a lot of anxiety as to whether or not it would make it to me on time for Christmas. All worked out though!

This ornament beat all me expectations! It is beautiful and timeless. It is a memory of my mom and it will front and center on my tree every hear.

Unique gift but slow
These personalized ornaments were fantastic gifts. The ordering process was very easy, the only negative thing I can say is that I wish I would’ve known the long wait time in advance of ordering since they were Christmas gifts. I ordered 4 ornaments on 12/1 and did not receive them until 12/26. Overall I would recommend these to others, just be aware of the long wait time.
